This Drone Authorization and Release (“Authorization”) is executed by the undersigned property owner (“Property Owner”) in favor of ClickRoof, its drone pilot (“Pilot”), its employees, subcontractors, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the “ClickRoof Parties”). RECITALS A. The Pilot will operate a drone in the airspace over the property owned by Property Owner (“Property”) for the purpose of capturing images, video, and related data of the Property (“Images”). B. Property Owner desires to authorize the Pilot to operate the drone, capture Images, and release the ClickRoof Parties from liability arising out of these activities. AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE 1. Release of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue Property Owner hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the ClickRoof Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liability—known or unknown, present or future—arising out of or relating to drone operations on or over the Property. Property Owner agrees not to institute or support any claim or action against the ClickRoof Parties for any such matters. 2. Authorization to Capture, Store & Use Images Property Owner authorizes the Pilot to enter the Property and operate the drone as needed. Property Owner further authorizes ClickRoof to capture, store, analyze, and use the Images for inspection, reporting, documentation, insurance support, and internal business purposes. 3. Authority & Binding Effect Property Owner affirms that they are the owner of the Property or are otherwise legally authorized to grant this authorization. This Authorization binds Property Owner and benefits the ClickRoof Parties and their successors, assigns, employees, and representatives. 4. Entire Agreement This Authorization constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between Property Owner and the ClickRoof Parties regarding drone operations. No verbal statements or outside promises shall modify or contradict this document. 5. Acknowledgment of Drone Risks Property Owner acknowledges that drone flights involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including possible property damage or personal injury. Property Owner agrees to keep all persons, pets, and vehicles clear of drone operations and comply with all Pilot instructions during the flight.
